Reusing Hot Water
Our entire production facility is heated by reusing hot water. All hot water and steam released during food production are repurposed to maintain a comfortable temperature within the factory.
Zero-Kilometre Cans
At Monge, we produce all cans in-house. All our cans, as well as our trays, are infinitely recyclable. This means we minimise the transportation of materials. The only item transported is quality.
Energy Generated by Monge
The photovoltaic panels on the factory roof and our Kawasaki turbine enable us to generate almost 80% of our required energy, whilst also allowing us to save over 1,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. In doing so, we provide a valuable service to the planet.
Delivering with Respect
Not only are the vehicles we utilise for transport our own, but they are also ecologically responsible and powered by LNG. Optimising transport routes further assists us in reducing emissions.
