Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. All orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday. Delivery within the Netherlands and/or Belgium typically occurs on the next working day. Delivery to neighbouring countries usually takes place within 3 days of dispatch. Deliveries to the rest of Europe may take up to one week after dispatch.

Should products be out of stock, we may, in consultation with the buyer, place these products/items on back order. An estimated shipping and delivery time will be discussed between MONGE BENELUX and the buyer. These shipping and delivery times are not legally binding.

This information is provided as an indication. Due to situations beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery times. If you have not received your order after the indicated time, please contact our customer service department.

All deliveries for standard and oversized parcels and pallets are dispatched via PostNL. Please consult PostNL's general terms and conditions. All orders are processed once payment has been received, unless otherwise specified.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. Should you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have a further 14 days after cancellation to return your product.

You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 8.75 (incl. VAT) per parcel up to a maximum of 23 kg; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the entrepreneur.

Should the product be damaged, or the packaging be more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the amount due for the order within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
